Celtic Queen
Boudicca was the fierce Queen of the Iceni tribe who led a massive uprising against the occupying forces of the Roman Empire in Britain around 60 AD. Following the brutal mistreatment of her family by Roman officials, she united the Celtic tribes to burn Londinium, Verulamium, and Camulodunum, nearly driving the legions out of Britain. She remains an enduring icon of freedom, justice, and indigenous resistance against imperial tyranny.
